I cannot tell you the number of times that I have been contacted by a friend from high school, a neighbor or a perfect stranger to ask for help as they decide whether or not to take the plunge and have Weight Loss Surgery. It can be SO intimidating and stressful throughout the process and especially when thinking of maintaining a new life and a new relationship with food.
