Still doing this photo thing daily…I wish I had done it from the first day!!!  So fun to look back at my silly girl!!  It also makes me laugh when I think of what was going on that morning…why her hair was up or down or if we took the pic in my room or the front door.  Funny how memories do that!  🙂

This isn’t even a joke.  MJ LOVES to have her picture made. (I know you’re thinking – Duh, Captain Obvious.)  She also loves a routine and she finds it really hard to break one when she’s in it.  Of course, at the beginning of school we took a pic the first few mornings…well it’s become a part of her day and she loves it.  I also have this rule about wearing the same thing twice in two weeks (as in, don’t do it) so it also helps me remember what she wore!!  So, here’s an example….MJwore0923

How important is education? {Blog Challenge}

Education is so very important today.  It can be the differentiator in many ways when seeking employment.  I personally value experience just the same, but many corporations are putting greater emphasis on a person’s degree or lack thereof.  I hope my children seek out higher education immediately upon graduation from high school.  I hope I can influence them to WANT that.  I wish I had.  Obviously, everything happens for a reason and my whole life would most likely be WAY different but I do wish I had placed more focus on it then.

It’s SO hard.  I mean, really hard.  I mean, almost impossible to go to school when you have a job…and a family…and a life…  So, before you have all THAT….get some educational tidbits going on.
